RBAnalyzer End-User License Agreement

1. Grant. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use RBAnalyzer free of charge.
2. Restrictions. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the software, remove its notices, or reverse-engineer it — except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Ownership. The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the author.
4. No warranty. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Its readings are estimates, not certified measurements.
5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any claim or damages, including loss of data, audio, or recordings, arising from use of the software.
6. Updates. Any updates or new versions are provided at the author’s sole discretion.
7. Termination. This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms.
8. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. This document is the entire agreement between you and the author regarding the software.
