What this policy covers
This page explains what cookies and similar browser storage (such as local storage) this site uses, and the choices you have. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
Strictly necessary: browser local storage (not a cookie)
The site stores two values in your browser’s local storage — not an HTTP cookie, and not sent automatically with page requests:

These exist only to remember choices you made directly on this site. They are treated as strictly necessary to the feature you asked for (the theme toggle, and not being asked the cookie question every visit) and do not require consent under ePrivacy/GDPR guidance on essential storage.
Non-essential: analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
If — and only if — you click Accept in the cookie notice, this site loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets the following first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions and to count page views and plug-in downloads:

If you click Reject, or close the notice without choosing, none of these cookies are set and GA4 does not load. These cookies are not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or building a profile of you beyond this site’s own traffic and download counts.

Third-party content: Buy Me a Coffee button
The home and download pages embed the Buy Me a Coffee donation button, loaded from Buy Me a Coffee’s CDN and Google Fonts. It sets no cookies on this site (verified 2026-07-16) and is not affected by your Accept/Reject choice. If you click through to buymeacoffee.com, that site uses its own cookies under its own cookie policy.
